Tenacious: She can endure immense amounts of bodily harm and continue fighting

g, even if she is already badly wounded and bleeding out as long as her head is intact. Her unyielding resolve keeps her body together and inexplicably protects her limbs from detachment. However she still has her limits and eventually she will start breaking down until she is unable to move.
Storm Manipulation: Her weapon can control rainfall and wind velocity as well as calling down lightning strikes. Also, she constantly generates rain wherever she goes and she can't stop it unless she is rendered unconscious.
Rain Boost: Connected to the above, she is strongly invigorated when fighting in the rain and fights harder as a result.
Prayer ~ The Thunderchild: There are times where she is completely desperate, this is where it comes in. She loudly calls to the skies and a jolt of lightning empowers her, sacrificing her remaining stamina for a tremendous boost in speed and offense. Her attacks are infused with electricity, her weapon turning into a pair of longer blades, and she radiates a bright glow. Using this mode exhausts her and she collapses after several seconds. Very rarely can she continue fighting afterwards.
Electronium Eye: A glowing prosthetic replacing her left eye, bestowed by AAlbusUUmbra in an act of pity. Its miniature Electronium core grants her the ability to see in the dark. She can overclock it to emit a blinding flash but doing so is painful. Further overclocking enables multi-spectral vision and heightened perception, at the cost of excruciating agony and ocular bleeding.
Weaknesses[]
Weather-dependent: She is significantly weaker when deprived of her weather thus fighting indoors or any other place with a ceiling is dangerous for her, unless she can bust a hole in the roof.
Poor Hand-to-Hand Skills: While she can put up a fight unarmed, she's not particularly trained in doing so. The best she could do is flail madly at her opponent, doing whatever she can out of desperation. She is also bad at wielding weapons she doesn't normally handle like guns, staffs and broadswords.
Elemental Weakness - Ice: She's soaked in water, how obvious is that? She is also vulnerable to cold environments like snowy mountaintops and arctic wastelands.
Amplified Emotions: Her sword strengthens her indomitable willpower but it also exacerbates her temper and carelessness. Her discipline and self-awareness progressively suffers until she is brought back to her senses; either by victory, debilitating injuries or sudden emotional shock.
Human Anatomy: Hitting her in sensitive areas hurts her greatly and drastically reduces her performance in battle. (Hint: It's her eyes and...)
Sword of Clear Skies: One surefire counter to her is to use the strongest of the weather swords. It neutralizes all weather effects, depriving her of her main source of strength. It is wielded by one of King Loxias' loyal guardians, not specifying which one.
Story[]
Shinnai na Ame (or 'Shiname') was a daughter of a retired weather-swordsman who became an umbrella maker. One day a visitor came in and wrecked the place, brutally murdering everyone. Shiname survived and swore unrelenting vengeance from that day on. Over the years, her journey transformed her from a lonely stick child into a fullbody wanderer. At some point, she identified the murderer known as 'Mr. Big Boss', the villain that's obviously evil and ruins innocent lives for leisure. He was located in a city called New Meridian where the two had a MASSIVE showdown. The resulting clash was so intense that it threatened to tear the city apart. Suddenly, FLLFFL and a bunch of other gladiators intervened, driving Mr. Big Boss away and bringing Shiname to the brink of death. Afterwards, she was brought into the Rock Hard Gladiators system under AAlbusUUmbra's jurisdiction. She still seeks Mr. Big Boss to this day, hoping to settle matters once and for all.
