Garry Rotte (Garrote)[]
Color: #659C74
Name: Gary Rotte
Age: Uncertain (est. 23-30)
Abilities:[]
-Dexterity:
Garry is particularly skilled with his hands.
-Agility:
Not to be mistaken for speed, Gary is very nimble and quick on his feet.
-Rope Gauntlets: Garry is known to always be wearing two gauntlets, where each gauntlet stores two super-fine 9 foot (2.74m) unbreakable carbon nano-fiber ropes. The ends of the ropes are able to be magnetized by the gauntlets. This allows them to connect to each other or to other metallic objects at his whim.
Weaknesses:[]
-Electricity:
Carbon fiber is very conductive. Direct contact with electricity can disrupt the magnetic connections, or worse.
-Range:
Garry is completely limited by his attack range (36 Ft max). If the opponent is able to stay out of his range he'll have a difficult time fighting them. At the same time he's definitely a medium-ranged fighter.
Story:[]
As it stands, not very much is known of the assassin named "Garry Rotte" (Also referred to as Garrote, and more colloquially as "The Rottewiler"). We are aware that he has murdered multiple figures of various political and social standing, as well as countless others who seem to have simply been collateral damage. It is unknown whether he does this with any intent or if he simply enjoys committing the most heinous felony. It is suggested that it may be some twisted mixture of both.
It appears that he possesses multiple skills. He fights with what is called the "rope gauntlet". This is assumed to be a weapon of his own design. It is possible, however, that with the relatively limited resources for carbon nano-fibers that he may have some connection with research laboratories somewhere in the world. This should be investigated in further detail.
He has managed to evade detection for many years now. He was last seen attempting to enter the "R.H.G" tournament for reasons unknown. He must be stopped at any cost, or else the death toll is guaranteed to rise.
In summary, this man is very dangerous, but he may have accomplices. As he may contain a fair amount of information it would be preferable to capture him alive. Do not hesitate to kill him if necessary, however.
