Power[]
Frank has the power to morph or transform (his whole body or even just a limb) into whatever weapon or machine he desires, such as: cannons, knives, guns, transporting devices (planes,cars,etc.), robots, between others. He's a great hand-to-hand fighter.
Weaknesses[]
Frank doesn't morph constantly and repetitively, because it takes up some of his energy, making him tired quicky. This means he is more used to fighting hand-to-hand. Water might destroy the circuits of his weapons when his transformed.
About[]
Frank, since he was a child, has been obsessed with mechanics and engineering. He constantly built small robots and circuits with a couple of gears and wires. He was said to be able to build anything. As he grew older his addiction towards building grew and lead him towards crazy wishes. He installed inside his own body machines and mechanisms he could activate when desired. He didn't care if he had to go through surgeries to install them....he just did! Now he's considered an "emotionfull robot."The human turned into machine.
